Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ZapLead (operated by Tyler Dain d/b/a ZapLead) (“ZapLead”) handles information when you visit zaplead.ai, request access, or use our lead routing and settlement platform.

ZapLead is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Account data: name, business name, work email, phone number, service areas and role.

Lead data: contact details, loss type, address, timestamps and notes submitted by you or by consumers through your intake channels.

Payment data: bank account tokens, invoice records and payout history. Card and bank credentials are handled by our payment processor; ZapLead stores tokens, not raw account numbers.

Usage data: log records, device and browser details, IP address and product interactions.

To clean, score, deduplicate and route leads to the correct contractor or partner.

To invoice marketing fees, calculate partner payouts and move funds via ACH.

To detect fraud, duplicate submissions and abuse, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

To improve routing quality. Aggregated, de-identified data may be used to improve scoring models. We do not sell personal information.

We share lead records with the contractor or partner a lead is routed to, and with service providers acting on our instructions: hosting, payment processing, communications, analytics and support.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, users and platform integrity.

We keep lead and transaction records for as long as needed to run the service and satisfy tax, audit and legal requirements, then delete or de-identify them.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-scoped and logged. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected customers of a material breach as required by law.

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your account data by emailing info@zaplead.ai. Some records must be retained for financial compliance.

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Operational messages about routing and payments are part of the service.
